HOW DO I KNOW?
I was stuck looping in the search "out there" for years. Moving through powerful transformational processes, yet noticing how old patterns and postures continued to linger.
Until life - or rather, death - brought me to my knees.
In 2024, I had a near-death experience, amongst other profound losses and ruptures in my life.
And on the other side of that massive portal, I finally realized:
I have the medicine I need.
I have always had the medicine I need.
As a professional shamanic body worker, I had laid my healing hands on 100's of people, helping them unwind, soften & release through dearmouring and somatic trauma resolution.
Finally, I placed my hands on my own body with the same attunement, compassion & sensitivity that I had given to others for so long.
I mapped a clear path of embodied initiation with
self-dearmouring.
I midwifed myself back to life.
Now, I want to show you how to do the same thing .

We start with the body and what it is holding.
And – it goes deeper than that.
Because whatever it is that has been stopping you from giving yourself as much as you give to others...that is what we'll meet as you turn your attention on yourself and bring your hands to your own body.

THE MODULES
MODULE 1 –
Meeting the Body
We open the field.
Learn potent practices and tools for navigating the journey, including nervous system regulation, somatic emotional release, and shadow-work. Dive into the somatic work through our first guided hands-on practice.
MODULE 2 –
The Throat
The throat is the first gate and the guardian of all the rest. Work with the voice to vibrate the throat open and release the unspoken, lodged truths. Our first Hot Seats are live, as we start to dig into our deepest fears and name our shadows.
MODULE 3 –
The Heart
Through Taoist breast massage, and psychic heart surgery, we start to dissolve the breast-plate armour that shields us from true, deep intimacy with life. Slowly and tenderly, we learn to hold ourselves in our vulnerability.
MODULE 4 –
The Yoni (External)
Descending down to the gates of the yoni - the thighs, pubic bone, vulva - we explore touching without agenda and expectations; moving from extractive touch to touch that is in service to Her. Here, we meet the stories, limiting belief, and unprocessed emotions that keep us looping in patterns.
MODULE 5 –
The Yoni (Internal)
Journeying deeper into the Temple, we access the unresolved traumas - whether our own or ancestral. Deep tensions begin to unwind, as we meet each moment with our compassionate gaze. This is where we begin to transmute and alchemize our shadows into power.
MODULE 6 –
The Cervix
We arrive at the Cathedral - the holiest of holiest, which stands as the gateway between realms. Often, this is where we meet numbness and fogginess, or perhaps our unconscious fears. Re-establish a connection and relationship with your cervix - through forgiveness, and a reclamation of your innocence.
MODULE 7 –
The Womb
Through Taoist ovarian breathing and shamanic journeying we enter the womb gate. Journey through the physical into the non-physical, and access the subtle realms of your body-soul. The practice of cord-cutting restores the energetic boundaries of your whole being.
MODULE 8 –
Integration
We close the field.
Tantric breath circuits activate the whole system, and anchor in the new reality of whole-body softness, openness, and vitality. We harvest and celebrate together in sisterhood, knowing that the journey is never really done.

I will be guiding you through weekly self-dearmouring practices to open your Throat, Heart, Yoni, Cervix & Womb. These practices are an opportunity to meet yourself like never before - without agenda or need to perform. Instead, we will practice meeting all of the sensations, emotions, and even numbness, with reverence and devotion.
Engage the subconscious parts of yourself that keep you stuck and looping.
As the hands-on work inevitably brings things to the surface, such as impatience, frustration, self-judgment, unworthiness, and avoidance, you will be equipped with powerful tools for interrupting the strategies you have learned to use to avoid discomfort.
As we create more resource and safety in your nervous system, long-forgotten parts of your being will start to surface, ready to be integrated.

In alchemy, transformation demands heat. And there is nothing hotter than the group gaze.
Every week, you’ll have an opportunity to step into that fire: the focused gaze of the group. In the “hot seat” you’ll feel the heat intensify as your shadows and hidden blocks rise to the surface, met instantly by my direct, real-time coaching.
You’ll also witness others in the flames - holding brave, uncompromising space together, where radical honesty and unflinching truth-telling become the crucible. Here, we are all shamanic mirrors, reflecting and transmuting one another’s shadows in real time.
